Vanessa Hudgens has An Interesting Way of Working Out

I don't know what this workout video is all about, but I do know that it is amazing. I don't think these are personal trainer certified exercises, it looks more like something I'd come up with if I was given a exercise class to moderate, based on my experience as a fat guy who doesn't know the first thing about working out.

Step 1: Get on all fours.
Step 2: Hump the air.
Step 3: Now try looking like a cat about to spit up a hairball.
Step 4: Jiggle.
Step 5: Kick, Kick Kick.
Step 6: Ok, now try it in this thong, it'll look better than the leggings and sports bra.

That is how I'd do it, and I guess how Vanessa Hudgens does it as she tries to distract from her early COVID comments that got her in trouble but not cancelled for saying how shitty the pandemic is because it effects her Coachella plans.
