Jon Snow Is Basically Leeroy Jenkins

(Spoiler alert for the latest episode of Game of Thrones: Battle of the Bastards). So, Jon Snow is kind of an idiot. As Ygritte famously said, "You know nothing, Jon Snow". He cost the lives of almost all of his men and nearly got killed himself in the Battle of the Bastards against Ramsey Bolton. That's because he listened to neither his sister who tried to warn him about Ramsey's conniving, tricky ways or Ser Davos' battle plan. He just rushed into the fray by himself like an idiot. Normally, this would have gotten anyone else killed but this is a TV show and they JUST brought him back to life. The only thing that saved him was the timely arrival of the Knights of the Vale and his man bun's magic powers. His reckless abandon is reminiscent of one of the most famous internet memes of all time: Leroy Jenkins. You remember this one. It was footage of a game of World of Warcraft in which a player named Leeroy Jenkins rushes into a battle and basically gets everyone killed.
