Google Crunches Up Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon For You

Anyone who's anyone is just six degrees away from Kevin Bacon. Sure, he hasn't starred in any major roles as of late, but he's so well-connected that plays, games, and even a movie based on the six degrees of Kevin Bacon have sprung up over the years.

And now Google's getting in on the action by updating their Public Knowledge graph to automatically search the connections that existed between the person you're searching for and Kevin Bacon. All you have to do is type in the name and then add the words 'Bacon Number' afterward. The degree of separation between that person and Kevin Bacon will then be displayed as part of the search results.

In light of all the attention our favorite royal Kate Middletonhas been getting, I tried to see what her Bacon Number was but Google couldn't cough up an answer. Maybe the Royals aren't on their list or maybe they really aren't linked to Bacon in anyway (now that's a shocker--probably highly improbable too).
