We had a chance to talk to Konami's Tim Blair about Pro Evolution Soccer 2013's upcoming launch and just how important South America is to this once dominant soccer franchise. There were laughs, awkward moments and a few secrets revealed in this far reaching video interview.

Pro Evolution Soccer launches later this month and features the full Champions League license and the all new Brazilian League license. That means Ronaldinho and Neymar, folks.
