Angelina Jolie Brings It On for Critics Choice Awards

Angelina Jolie may have transitioned in her persona life into survival mom and UN Ambassador mode, but that doesn't mean when it comes time to bring out the glamour for the January and February award shows she won't be decked out in her fineries reminding everybody she was once the best Lara Croft ever.

Angelina took her slender frame to the Critics Choice awards, one of the many shows this time of year where Hollywood pats itself on the back for being so amazing, life giving, and world saving. It's a bit much, but it is a grand excuse to bring out the hotties, and even bring some veterans onto the red carpet for some revival happy memories moments.

Angelina may not be the same femme fatale of yesteryear, or fifteen years ago, but she wasn't an action film star and sought after model for nothing. She was born with a gift. No, not filmmaking per se. Or speechifying. But definitely standing tall on the crimson carpet. Enjoy.
