The Minnesota Vikings Lead Off the Egotastic! NFL Awards for Week 16

I'm not sure if the Texans got exposed on Sunday or the Vikings proved they were legit. Probably some of both. Either way, Minnesota went down to Houston and beat up on the AFC's supposed best team, and threw the conference playoff seedings into a tizzy. Houston could lose home field with a loss next week. But that said, the six AFC Playoff teams are set. The NFC still needs the final week, including that Redskins vs. Cowboys game, to figure things out. Should be a fun final week.

There is a bit of breaking news today (no pun intended), Nick Foles broke his hand yesterday, so it looks like Michael Vick will get the start in what will probably be Andy Reid's final game with the Eagles. Maybe Vick can send him off with a win. Tim Tebow will reportedly get traded to the Jaguars in the offseason after a total disaster of a year with the New York Jets.

Adrian Peterson had only 86 yards and barely played the fourth quarter of Minnesota's ass-kicking of Houston. AP needs 208 yards next week to break the all time single season rushing record of 2,105, but needs just 102 to join the 2,000 yard club.
