Phoebe Price Takes Her Puppies for a Walk in Garters

You have to say something for Phoebe Price. She keeps on keeping on. Despite struggling perhaps with traction for her larger career goals, she still knows how to take her puppies for a walk. Not that silly dog. He's just an excuse to get out into Beverly Hills in garters and a very low cut top in the middle of the day to get noticed, snapped, and framed. Job well done I would say.

Phoebe Price has one strategy. Baring skin in public. It seems very simple, albeit, right up our alley. Perhaps too simple. But we're not her manager or agent. We're just some oglers passing through taking a chance to peek at a woman's bazoongas in public. Until that's made illegal, say, three years from now, we shall continue our godly mission.
