Model Alessandra Ambrosio works hard at keeping herself in tip top shape and this week she's taking us inside her home gym to show us exactly what kind of work she's putting in. Her routine has her doing weight training, stretching and some light cardio as she works out in a brand new athletic set by Alo Yoga.
