Now here's something to tickle your palate. When you see something on the menu with bacon in it, it's usually served up in a plate, whether it's crammed in between a giant burger or sprinkled all over pasta. But how would you feel if everyone's favorite smoke-tastic meat is served up in a glass instead?
Some folks got creative threw a couple of scoops of Blue Bell vanilla ice cream with Rahr & Sons Ugly Pug Black Lager and bacon-infused maple syrup into a blender, before topping the entire concoction with whipped cream and bacon bits.
Bacon and booze plus ice cream? It sounds gross in theory but looks like pure yum. Who knows? The contrast in the different textures and flavors might actually just work.
There's only one way to find out, though: have a glass and a let us know.
