It's a funny thing, but the celebtastic of the world seem to love themselves some video games. Maybe they think a connection with the gaming world makes them look young and hip and down with us regular Joes, and so makes us more agreeable to buying whatever shit they're hawking (because these guys are always hawking something). Or maybe they're hawking the game itself, natch.

Whatever the case, these guys can't get enough. We now live in a world where Conan O'Brien brings us a Mortal Kombat X Super Bowl between Rob ‘Gronk' Gronkowski and Marshawn Lynch. Shortly before Lynch gets a gig in the latest Call of Duty and Gronk dresses as Master Chief for a TV skit. That's how celeb-saturated gaming has become.

Who's getting their game on next? Tiger Woods, that's who. Speaking at the Hero World Challenge in the Bahamas, Woods said,

‘I am really good at playing video games, really good… I swear, that's basically how I pass a lot of my time.'

He didn't specify which titles in particular. Probably not EA Sports' golf games, which replaced him as cover star a couple years back. I don't know if he's pwning noobs on Call of Duty or League of Legends or whichever, but this all makes sense to me. What with his health issues, the golfing legend is having to take a break from golf and sleeping with women who aren't his wife and such, and a little gaming should fill that void nicely.
