Salma Hayek Will Attend the ‘Sausage Party’

If Salma Hayek attends a sausage party, is it still considered a sausage party?



Personally, I would say no. But Sony disagrees, and has just cast Hayek in their upcoming animated film. Sausage Party will also feature the voices of Seth Rogen, James Franco, Jonah Hill, Kristen Wiig, Edward Norton, Michael Cera, and Nick Kroll, among others.



The film tells the story of a wayward sausage who falls out of a shopping cart and is forced to find his way back to the supermarket. Hayek will voice the role of Teresa, a talking taco. You know, because she's Mexican, and what not. Also, her breasts are entirely wasted in an animated film, but I digress.



While no firm date has been announced, the movie is expected to drop sometime in 2015, so keep that year clear on your calendar. (Source)
