What is Noelle Reno doing still shopping after the sun goes down? Doesn’t she know how dangerous that is? Those paper bags do not have handles that are resilient enough to hold up under even their own bodyweight. Some purse snatcher could run right up and rip them off her arm.

That is why I only ever shop between the hours of 7:00 and 9:00am. It really limits the number of stores that I can visit, but the crime is nearly nonexistent. The worst that I have had to deal with is a gang of geriatric power walkers who think they own the sidewalk. It is all worth the trouble though because I have met quite a few grandmothers who want to set me up with their granddaughters.

I suppose one good thing about having the paparazzi following you around is that they are a good deterrent for crime. That is probably why Noelle is able to walk around with such confidence. Even the most methed up criminals must have the sense to not commit a crime when there are five cameras focused on the target.
