Noah Cyrus Gets Engaged!

Noah Cyrus has some big news to share with all her fans this week, she's engaged! The singer announced that he German boyfriend, a guy named PINKUS has popped the question and that it has been "the greatest moment" of her entire life. I was unaware that Noah even had a boyfriend, but apparently they have been together since April and they have been engaged for about a month already.
