Loopwheels: The Bicycle Wheel, Re-Invented

Shocks can only do so much. They can help give you a smoother ride, but they don't do much when it comes to comfort. The folks behind Loopwheel are well-aware of that, which is why they came up with the unconventional spoke-less wheel in the first place.

They're pretty expensive, as they retail for about $775 a pop, but they promise to add comfort to your bicycle-riding adventures since they're built with in-wheel suspension. The 20-inch diameter Loopwheels don't have any spokes, but instead employ a spring system that absorbs shocks do you won't have to feel them.
