Dove Cameron’s Confusing New Tattoo!

Dove Cameron recently moved to New York City where she has obviously found herself in the tattoo scene, adding some new additions to her body. Dove shared her latest inking over on Instagram this week which had a lot of people in her comments asking what exactly the new tattoo actually says.
