Betty White is Hollywood royalty, so it's only fair that Deadpool should give his favorite Golden Girl a shoutout on this, her 96th birthday. This picture, posted by the official Deadpool movie account, shows the softer side of the Merc with a Mouth as he reclines on the floor with a 'tini and a weenie, basking in the glow of his picture of Betty sucking on a chili dog—though not outside a Tastee Freez.

With Deadpool 2 moving up to May, I wonder if Betty will get an invite to the premiere. Who wouldn't want to see Deadpool strutting his stuff on the red carpet with Betty White in tow? That would be a hoot. I especially love seeing Betty on the old re-runs of Match Game on Buzzr. It's especially fun to watch her go toe to toe with Richard Dawson and Gene Rayburn. I'm more than willing to bet those two were the Jack Nicholson and Warren Beatty of the 70s game show world.

Deadpool 2, minus any kind of cameo from Betty White, hits theaters on May 18.
