Well guys, I have some bad news for you. There's one less famous Hollywood actor who looks like you now (i.e., soft and flabby). Chris Pratt, who plays the lovable, decidedly unkempt and unfit Andy Dwyer on Parks and Recreation, has gone and turned himself into a regular Adonis for his role in Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy.
It makes sense, of course, that Pratt would get fit, seeing as how, in Guardians, he plays the son of a human mother and alien father who becomes known as Star-Lord, head of an interplanetary police squad. Andy from Parks and Recreation doesn't look capable of guarding an outhouse, let alone an entire galaxy.
So how did Pratt lose the weight and get those abs? It was pretty simple, apparently. "Six months no beer," read the caption on this Instagram selfie. Though, judging by all that workout equipment there in the background, I'm going to say that might have helped, too.
