Happy Fourth, guys. And what does that mean? Well, in movies at least, that means America is coming to save the day. And it doesn't matter what day that is, Tuesday, Wednesday, you name it. Any day ending in a Y, usually.

Countless times, America has come to the aid of whomever and wherever and defeated the enemy...usually with little more than the cunning use of flags, a multi-billion dollar military arsenal, an alien superman who just happened to have grown up there, and speeches -- lots and lots of pontificating and platitude-laden speeches.

So while you're out there today and tomorrow -- accidentally blowing off limbs, drinking yourself retarded and grilling deliciolus dead things --  remember one thing: America. Because? America.
