Amanda Bynes Is One Crappy Driver, It’s Almost Like She’s Been Drinking or Something

I'm still not exactly sure how these celebrities get to keep their licenses after their umpteenth moving violation, but starlet Amanda Bynes just keeps on driving, especially late at night, and hitting things, this time a woman in a Corolla.

And, then, she flees. Sort of her m.o.

I don't remember much from Driver's Ed, but I'm pretty sure getting loaded, revving the Beemer down Ventura, and smacking into a Japanese import, not exactly looking both ways at a blind intersection before proceeding.
