I'm not exactly sure what the Sugar Factory is, but I'm going to go ahead and guess it's an expensive candy store. At least big bucks enough to hire the likes of sweet sixteen Kylie Jenner to come decked out in a leggy cocktail dress to their store opening.

Kylie may be young, and the youngest Kardashian-Jenner school dropout, but that doesn't mean her career isn't already blossoming as a model, spokesmodel, model spokesgirl, and non-speaking model.
