Miley Cyrus Takes Paraguay By Cleavage Storm

We continue to track Miley Cyrus and her Skeevy Gypsy Tour this summer, currently down Sudamericana way, providing fleshtastic teases most recently for the beloved sons and daughters of Paraguay, where the gravel-voiced siren uttered her musical ballads and flashed her wares in a 90-minute performance that many are comparing to Hendrix at Monterey Pop. Well, not exactly. But she did offer up deep cleavage in her opening salvo of wardroby type malfunctions this summer. Enjoy.
