Not that we wish the long arm of the law to rain down upon anybody in particular, but, let's be honest, Amanda Bynes has been smashing into cars and fleeing the scene of accidents for a good long while now, a lot longer than you or I would be allowed, so it's a bit of a benevolent note to learn that she's finally, in the least, being taken off the streets.
