Here’s a Preview of HBO’s Hard Knocks to get You Amped for the NFL (VIDEO)

NFL training camps begin next week. First team in? The Arizona Cardinals. Big deal. The real news is that we're just weeks away from HBO's insanely good series Hard Knocks premiering and chronicling the Miami Dolphins.

You can almost smell the freshly cut grass and hear the groans of giant dudes going through two-a-days. Maybe Miami isn't the sexiest team that HBO could've landed, but they do have plenty of good story lines. Chad Ochocinco is new to the team and trying to prove he isn't done, there's a real QB battle brewing between last year's starter Matt Moore and David Garrard, not to mention Miami's top draft pick Ryan Tannehill. And of course the drama of seeing guys on the bubble feel the joy of making the team or see their dreams squashed is pretty entertaining.

The video features new coach Joe Philbin talking over video of bikini clad babes on the beach, the neon lights of Miami and a few shots of guys actually playing football. Can't wait!
