Wolverine 3 Might Be Rated R And Feature “Old Man Logan”

Deadpool proved a lot of things to Hollywood, namely that an R rated comic book movie can make boatloads of cash. So, this is naturally leading producers to rethink their approach to upcoming movies. Take the third Wolverine solo movie that is set to start filming soon. According to Den of Geek and other sources, the Michael Green script will follow the hella dark "Old Man Logan" route that takes place in a post-apocalyptic wasteland with an older grizzled Wolverine. It is not only extremely dark but supremely violent. I for one am all about it. I thought the two Wolverine previous solo movies were  a joke. They've been holding back exploring the full awesomeness of this character. If this is to be Hugh Jackman's last outing as Wolverine, they could do worse than creating a gritty adult movie instead of a sedate snoozefest for the kiddies. 

We'll see if these reports are true, all I know is that a Wolverine that's been left off the PG-13 chain is what I've been waiting for my entire life. I really need to get a hobby.
