It is a fact of science and nature that there is nothing scarier than a clown. I think it isn't just people who suffer from coulrophobia, (fear of clowns), that would agree. Don't we all, in the pit of our stomachs, feel ill at ease when there are clowns around? In my opinion the most terrifying movie monster of all time is Pennywise the clown from Stephen King's IT. So, it is with total horror that I read about Gags the Clown, a horrifically creepy clown that wanders around Green Bay, Wisconsin in the middle of the night and has got the whole community on edge. The cops are useless. A spokesman said,

"A person can walk down the sidewalk dressed however they want as long as they’re in a place they legally can be, and they’re not in a place that has a closing time, like a park."

Yes, a "person" can but what a bout a demon in clown form? What rights do they have? Gags, as the clown has been nicknamed, wears a disheveled and dirty clown uniform and several black balloons. There are no leads into who he is or what he wants. I can answer that. He wants to rip you apart and devour your soul. It's as simple as that.
