Jessica Alba is the Object of Women’s Health!

We all know Jessica Alba as the actress she is but she's also been working on her company The Honest Company for years now and currently has over 190 employees. She's a boss babe and she also does some public speaking at female-entrepreneurship conferences all over the world. That all stopped when the pandemic hit and Jessica has been staying in LA working on the brand from the comfort of her office, which is actually her closet, and filming TikTok videos with her kids.

The 39 year old spoke to Women's Health Magazine from that closet and spoke about what changes she's made since the pandemic.

“The pandemic has forced me to be comfortable with things not being completely buttoned up, with allowing myself to not always have the answer, for mistakes to kind of stay as is.”

She also spoke about what she uses to reorient herself when she feels like things are getting out of control, at home or just with the general madness of the world. Jessica said she uses healing crystals to bring back her balance and has even incorporated her love for them in The Honest Company, naming a line of lip glosses after different crystals.

“When I’m feeling anxious, I hold on to a crystal and do breathing exercises and try to focus on the energy of love, kindness, and calming”
