First Look At Anthony Hopkins As Alfred Hitchcock

Sacha Gervasi made a name for himself as the director of Anvil! The Story of Anvil, the sensational documentary about the eponymous Canadian heavy metal band. And now he has decided that his first foray into feature film production will revolve around one of the greatest directors of all time, Alfred Hitchcock, and oddly enough the film will be entitled Hitchcock.

And he has been able to cast a vast array of talent in each of the roles which will include Anthony Hopkins, Helen Mirren, Scarlett Johansson, Jessica Biel, Toni Collete and Danny Huston. Hopkins will play Alfred Hitchcock and now the first picture has been released showing The Silence Of The Lambs star in his full Hitch costume and I must say, he does look pretty impressive. Hitchcock will tell the love story between the master of suspense and his wife Alma Reville, played by Mirren with most of the film's narrative taking place during the making of Psycho and will see Johansson star as Janet Leigh.

Hitchcock will be released at some point in 2013.
