You have to give credit where credit is due, it's tough to wear neon. There are very few in this world who can pull it off. Look, I threw on a neon yellow once and I'm pretty sure I lost some friends over it. It didn't make me look cool, I probably looked like a radioactive Big Bird. But two find two stunners who can pull it off, Kim Kardashian West and Julissa Bermudez, is quite amazing.

If I was one of those people living in a basement and wearing tinfoil on my head I might consider this to be a sexy conspiracy. Kim Kardashian West and Julissa Bermudez decided to both wear neon just to mess with us, get us all stirred up, know that battle lines would be drawn. Kim Kardashian West and Julissa Bermudez knew they can both pull it off, but wanted to see if we'd fall into the trap of figuring out who was hotter.
