Fitness model Morgan Rose Moroney has a lesson about how valuable stretching is. She has five mobility exercises, they look like stretches to me, that she considers non-negotiable. Meaning that even if she doesn't have a lot of time she still does them.

Even if I have minimal time, I smash these out as I feel so much better afterwards!

I've heard, or made up in my head, that while watching others workout isn't as good for you as working out yourself there are some benefits to it. That's my story anyway.
