Jessica Alba Putting the Goods on Black and White Display in Sin City 2

Officially, Sin City: A Dame to Kill For. For the younger generation, the word 'dame' is what you used to call a girl when you had to take off five layers of her clothes just to get to her bush. Yes, I know, they had those too back then. Either way, Sin City 2 has Jessica Alba in not many clothes, which makes it an instant must-see flick this summer.

You can check out snapshots of Jessica Alba showing off in her bra in Sin City 2 on WWTDD.

Come for the strippers, stay for the gory violence

Back in 2005, Frank Miller and Robert Rodriguez blew people away with Sin City, which was basically the world's first feature-length live action graphic novel. The flick was beautiful, violent, and—because it starred Jessica Alba as a stripper and Rosario Dawson as a prostitute—damn sexy.

So why in the hell did it take them nearly 10 years to make a sequel? Just your typical Hollywood stuff, really. For a while Rodriguez blamed it on the Weinsteins, whose Dimension Films is distributing, but apparently it took a long time for them them to finalize the script, too. Plus there's the fact that the thing stars about about forty big-name stars who all have busy schedules that had to be worked around.

Of course, none of that matters now. Sin City: A Dame to Kill For is in the can and coming to a theater near you on August 22, 2014. Is it going to be as good as the original? I don't know. But Jessica Alba is still a stripper, so that's a good start.

Sequel Talk: What’s Up with ‘Kick-Ass 2′, ‘Austin Powers 4′, and ‘Sin City 2′

Kick-Ass is one heck of a comic book series, and it turned out be an unexpectedly bad-ass movie when it was adapted to the big screen last 2010. As you might have heard by now, a sequel called Kick-Ass 2: Balls to the Wall is in the works, and it just added Scrubs' star Donald Faison to its cast.

With the twenty-third movie in the James Bond franchise hitting theaters this November, it's only fitting that Austin Powers gets some action as well. Powers made his last appearance in 2002's Goldmember (wow, has it really been ten years already?), so maybe it's time Mike Myers came back and did another one. Just for old times' sake. Jay Roach, who directed the Austin Powers trilogy, speaks up on the possibility of the fourth movie.

Next up, we've got the sequel to another bad-ass comic book adaptation, Sin City. The sequel has been in development for years, so it's good to see that it's finally taking shape. Negotiations for Mickey Rourke's return as Marv are currently going on. Now you might wonder, how would he be back if he was already executed at the end of the first movie? The answer's pretty simple: that's because Sin City: A Dame To Kill For is going to be a prequel of sorts.
