Ohio State Backup Quarterback Sends the Tweet of the Year

Yeah, so this happened. Ohio State Freshman backup quarterback Cardale Jones is wondering why if he came to play football, why in the hell does he have to go to class. Excuse me, he actually said 'we ain't come to play school, classes are POINTLESS.' Especially English, who needs it?

The term 'student-athlete' has pretty much become a joke, but the fact is that players still do need to attend class. I guess Mr. Jones thinks he's a sure-fire NFL star and there's no reason for him to bother with the free education that comes with playing football. I mean, what is he going to do with some silly degree? Get a job? Ha! A long NFL career is in his future so it's not like he needs any kind of fall back plan.

Oddly, Cardale's Twitter account has been deleted.
