‘Killzone: Shadow Fall’ Unleashes the Insurgent Pack DLC, to Remind Our Asses of its Existence (VIDEO)

At the advent of the PS4, Killzone: Shadow Fall was there. It was the only big ol' balls-out exclusive the console could muster at launch, and a solid entry in the series. Recently, though, in the shitstorm of hype surrounding Titanfall and such, it's been rather quiet on the Shadow Fall front.

But hold on to your asses, because the PS4 launch title is back with its first DLC. The first we'll have to exchange some actual cashtacular for, at any rate (remember the free map pack that appeared last month?).

The Insurgent Pack was released yesterday, free for owners of the season pass or $9.99 otherwise. It adds all kinds of guntastic goodies, most importantly a fourth player class: the Insurgent himself. This cheeky bastard begins matches with a simple pistol, but has the capacity to steal weapons and abilities from fallen opponents. You'll then spawn with the guns you scavenged when you're killed.
