Jutta Leerdam Training Hard on the Hurdles!

World champion speedskater Jutta Leerdam, is showing off her fitness, or showing off how she keeps fit, because she's a World Champion athlete and not just an influencer, and fitness is important.

In a recently posted video, you can see the speed skater working on her power, by jumping hurdles in an impressive way.

I guess if you're a speed skater, you carry most of your power in your legs and glutes, so this workout is clearly a solid way to kill it off the ice.

In the event that you don't remember, her new boyfriend is Jake Paul, they went public with their love back in April and now it seems they are keen on showing off just how in love they really are because the couple got together in what looks like Puerto Rico, where Jake moved to avoid high taxes and live the endless summer life, and posed in a retro car irresponsibly and out of a seatbelt.
