Italian beauty Giulia Salemi wore a seriously eye-popping dress for the premiere of The Young Pope. This thing was more air than it was fabric. It was orange and flowy and barely covered both her ta-tas and her downstairs area. You can tell she's recently had a bikini wax, that's how revealing this thing is.
