Gigi Gorgeous As Lara Croft And The Sexiest Costumes From The UNICEF Masquerade Halloween Party

I will never forgive pop culture for their dishonest portrayal of the archaeology field. They made it look so sexy and exciting in reality when in reality it is one of the top five most boring jobs in the world. Fry cooks have cooler jobs, but because we associate archaeology with Indiana Jones and Lara Croft we think they must be fighting Nazis 24/7 rather than playing in adult sized sand boxes. I am just grateful that I found out the truth before I wasted ten years becoming one.

Not only is archaeology not as interesting as pop culture portrays it, but archaeologists don’t look anywhere near as sexy. There are few in the field whose tombs I would be happy to raid. I’d still do it, I just wouldn’t be happy to do it, like taking out the trash.

I do not know how much Gigi spent on her costume, but it was probably a lot cheaper than the normal dress that she would be wearing. It makes me wonder why people don’t show up in costume more often. There have got to be a few cheapskates in the business who throwing money away on fashion.
