Ed Reed won't have to miss out on a full game check after all. The Baltimore Ravens' defensive back was suspended for one game by the NFL on Monday following 'repeated violations' of hitting defenseless players in the head and neck area, but today an arbitrator ruled that Reed wouldn't have to sit out a game, but he does have to pay a $50,000 fine.

Reed was flagged in Sunday night's game for hitting Pittsburgh's Emmanuel Sanders in the head. But if you watch the play, Sanders ducks right as Reed was about to hit him, causing the helmet to helmet action. If Sanders doesn't duck, Reed hits him in the shoulder or chest and there's no problem. The arbitrator made the right call in this case.
