IU Fans Show Their Appreciation For The Big Handsome

Had he decided to enter the 2012 NBA Draft as many expected he would, Cody Zeller--aka The Big Handsome-- could have had bragging rights over his older brother for the rest of their lives. He was slated to go in the top ten by many analysts while older brother Tyler was not taken until the 17th pick.

We will never know if that will be the case though since The Big Handsome opted to go back to college instead.

Some will call his decision foolish. Why risk an injury in college when you could be getting paid in the NBA? While that is likely a concern for any player, most will tell you that if you make decisions based on the chance for injury you probably shouldn't play the game.

Cody likely returned because if the Hoosiers have the season that many expect them to have, the nation will be watching Zeller lead his team to an NCAA national title. With one of the top recruiting classes in the nation ready to lend a helping hand it would not be shocking to see the Hoosiers win their first title since 1987 and sixth overall.

Fans of IU basketball are aware of the sacrifice that Zeller made in order to have the opportunity to lead them to the promise land, and made this musical tribute as a way of saying thanks.
