Vanessa Hudgens is The Judge!

Vanessa Hudgens is a big Halloween fan and spends most of October preparing for the big night by getting into the spooky spirit and wearing all black all month long. The actress even shares only black and white (spooky) photos to her instagram channel during the month of October, so that she's totally on brand.
