Chelsee Healey Cutout Dress On The Red Carpet

Brit beauty Chelsee Healey is taking a fashion cue right out of my kindergarten arts and crafts dreams. Remember when you'd fold up a sheet of paper and then strategically cut pieces of it out so that when you unfolded it, it would look like a spider's web or snowflake or something or other? Well, I think that Chelsee took this dress and did essentially the exact same thing.

I imagine there's a lot of strategery involved in making those cuts. I wonder if she didn't just put the dress on and give the scissors to someone else. That's equally risky, because who knows if they're gonna cut a hunk of flesh right out of you like Shylock. At the same time, I imagine that so long as you keep it sucked in, you're probably just fine, and Chelsee doesn't appear to have anything to suck in.

I love a good fashion statement like this and there's no one better qualified to show it off that Chelsee Healey. She's a classic beauty that's attempting to reinvent the little black dress and doing a damn good job of it! What more could you ask for?
