Does the weatherman look like he's looking for his phone?

This clip shows NBC meteorologist Mike Seidel emptying his bladder in Sugar Mountain, North Carolina. The anchorman caught him unawares and viewers were treated to a shot of him, mid-piss, before he hastily scrambled to pull his zipper up. The network issued a statement stating Mike was looking for his phone.

If that's the case, what's up with the zipper? LOLz.
