If you haven't been keeping up with fitness instructor and self-described "twerk teacher" Nastya Nass, then you have sorely been missing out. Her 2 million Instagram followers are treated to countless pics and vids of her amazing booty doing things that I'm pretty sure are still illegal and half of the states south of the Mason Dixon Line. And Utah, obviously. But one video in particular caught the eye of superstar singer Cardi B, and her tweet of Nastya getting down with her bad self went viral, with over 132K likes. To call Nastya's moves mesmerizing would be an understatement. As in I've been staring at the video at the top of the post for fifteen minutes and don't plan on diverting my eyes anytime soon...
