The Last of Us Turns Up the Drama and Sets a Date (VIDEO)

Remember when we told you that there was a trailer coming and that it would be a new bit of sizzle for The Last of Us? No? Good. Anyway here's a brand spanking new trailer for The Last of Us and the even better  news is that this game is coming out May 7. That means it's a Playstation 3 game, folks. I was one of the people convinced that this game would slip into the future and arrive on whatever system is going to follow the PS3 because TLOU and Beyond: Two Souls would make for one hell of a one-two punch. This also  means that Grand Theft Auto V won't be the farewell smooch to the PS3 (and Xbox 360) that we thought it was going to be.

In this latest trailer we get a broader look at the world and circumstances Joel and Ellie are dealing with. There are cities, nasty faceless zombie monsters and freakin' horses in this thing now! Very exciting. You'll want to pre-order this thing asap because buying The Last of Us for Mother's Day probably will send you to hell.
