Whatever you're doing today, stop it. Call of Duty gives no effs. It's here, and as always it demands all of your attention. Forget ‘work' (whatever that is) or anything useless and trivial like that. When the mighty Call of Duty fires some news at your face, you listen, because you don't screw with the biggest name in the Gamingverse. Let that air traffic control itself for a moment.

It's the end of an era, gentlemen. What we have on our hands right here is the final DLC content pack for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. Are we going out with a bang or a damp squib? Let's take an ogle.

Reckoning is the last slice of DLC, hitting Xbox first on August 6. As ever, we're following the usual pattern for the series' downloadable offerings. You can get yourself four new multiplayer maps (Overload, Swarm, Quarantine and Fracture), some playlist-fiddling with the return of Exo Grapple, and the big selling point for some: the conclusion of the Exo Zombies saga.

Said maps are, as per another Call of Duty tradition, brilliantly varied. You wouldn't have thought that arctic excavation sites and biological testing facilities would go so well together, but they probably said that about Hawaiian pizzas. Call of Duty makes it happen, and does it in style. Take a look at the trailer for Reckoning:
