Victoria's Secret model Sara Sampaio is starting this weekend off with a public service announcement for her 7.5 Million followers and she's making the announcement in a bikini, so you know she's got our attention.

Sara wanted to share that while many of us see models and girls all over instagram showing off their perfect bodies, those same bodies can look a little different sometimes and that's ok. The model added:

"A little Friday PSA for all of you. Be kind to people and yourself and please stop commenting on people’s changing bodies. Love Sara"
