Rita Ora knows how to make an entrance, and she definitely did just that at the annual Vanity Fair Oscar Party.

The singer showed up to the star-studded after-party wearing a revealing sheer dress that left very little to the imagination, paired with an absolutely massive hat that looked like it belonged at the Kentucky Derby more than an Oscars celebration.
