Rachel Cook is a 25 year old Instagram model who you probably recognize from being a part of Julia Rose's online community. She's the one who shaved her head a few years ago and has been rocking some fun wigs since. I personally don't really find a white girl wearing cornrows cultural appropriation, but the rest of the world does.

Kim Kardashian and her sisters have been known to take heat for wearing braids like this over and over again. They were just called out for appropriating a Māori dance on TikTok. So you would think that Rachel Cook would avoid the same mistake. At least she looks good from the neck down!
