I think it's safe to say that, by now, anyone who hasn't seen Avengers: Endgame is avoiding spoilers as best they can, but I suppose it's worth reiterating that the above video is full of spoilers for the 22nd entry in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Many of the nit-pickiest complaints from people who have seen the film are explored in this new video from Screen Crush, and they do their best to explain—or in some cases, rationalize—all of them.

There are probably dozens more that aren't addressed in this video, but as I've always said, making bold choices means that people are gonna line up on both sides of the argument and offer plenty of reasons why their side is right. Some of these I don't really see as "plot holes" per se, more like "stuff that wasn't given proper context within the film," and there's a difference there. Mainly, they place a lot of faith in deleted scenes to flesh out some of these, but who knows if those will ever see the light of day. The Infinity War Blu-ray had a whopping four deleted scenes on it, so I doubt those will do much to prevent these from being plot holes.

Of course, if you haven't seen Avengers: Endgame and want to maintain such integrity until you can, I recommend moving on to the next thing. Oh, and just for future reference, I would also recommend avoiding articles with the word Spoilers in the title. Avengers: Endgame is in theaters everywhere now.
