Mischa Barton Loves that Old Man Smell

Fresh off leaving The O.C. for career paths unknown, Mischa Barton was in Toronto to shoot scenes for the film Closing the Ring, A period piece about a World War II air force gunner whose plane chrashes over Europe.

You see, Mischa's already making great career choices. Is she gradually shifting the focus of her projects in hopes of bringing her existing TV audience with her to the movies? No, she's making pictures for the Matlock crowd.

But don't worry all you crazy Mischa fans. Her next project will follow the stereotypical career path of young Hollywood actresses. Mischa will soon be filming Hexxx. No it's not a horror porno, but it's close. IMDB has this for the plot outline: "A supernatural thriller centering on coeds in New Orleans."

Wow, sounds groundbreaking. Maybe it's a think piece on the aftermath of hurricane Katrina, and how the government let down millions of people with poor planning, and terrible resource management. But somehow, I don't think so.
