Miley Cyrus Still Wild In Cosmo Shoot

Miley Cyrus 2.0 may have toned down her Bangerz-era ways, but "toned down" for Cyrus means not wearing the equivalent of two buttons and a coaster during red carpet events. Thankfully even at her most chaste, Cyrus will always be a woman of the (no) cloth, as proven in her music video for Malibu, her recent spread in Harper's Bazaar, and now these hot pics from the September issue of Cosmopolitan.
