Miley Cyrus is celebrating her 31st birthday today and she's brought the celebration over to Instagram, sharing a behind the scenes look at her big day with her audience. The singer revealed that she spent her birthday by singing some of her own songs, including her single Flowers live for the first time, in front of her family and friends.

The birthday girl also shared some photos from the big night to Instagram, wearing a black outfit and carrying an animal print purse like the cougar she is!
